Why Part-Time at Compass Studio Works
We understand that great operators do not always want a traditional full-time role. This role is structured for three focused days per week, and suits someone balancing parenthood, consulting, creative work or a side project, while still wanting meaningful agency work.
We care about outcomes rather than hours. Clear communication and accountability matter more than presenteeism, and so does knowing how to prioritise.
What’s Different About Compass Studio
We are not a volume agency. We work directly with founders, CEOs and senior marketing leaders, and our clients trust us with complex and often scrutinised communications. The work requires sound judgement and strategic thinking, applied with rigour.
We measure success beyond vanity metrics. Coverage matters, but so does positioning and commercial impact.
You will have:
- Direct exposure to senior clients
- Autonomy within your portfolio
- Space to think strategically
- The opportunity to work on campaigns that help shift narratives that matter
We believe strong careers can coexist with strong lives outside work, and this role is built around that balance.
The Compass Studio Culture
- Hybrid working model
- Paid birthday leave
- Paid volunteering leave
- Conference and training budget
- A team that values flexibility, alignment and high standards
We expect accountability and quality. In return, we offer flexibility and trust, and work worth being proud of.
The brands we work with are navigating increasing scrutiny around sustainability and impact. The media landscape is sharper, and audiences are sceptical. Our role is to help brands communicate clearly and credibly, in ways that hold up commercially.
If you are ready to manage your own portfolio and deliver outcomes that reflect your experience, without committing to five days a week, we would love to hear from you.
Send your CV to natalie@compass-studio.com and a short cover letter outlining why this role and structure works for you. No em dashes, please!
